Shipping Information

All orders from Pure Joy Hawaii include free shipping within the United States! For international orders, please inquire via info@purejoyhawaii.com or through our Contact Us form.

Returns & Exchanges

We know you'll be satisfied with your purchase from PJH. However, on those rare occasions where it just wasn't the piece you needed to complete your look, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days for either an exchange or your money back.

Here's how it works. If you decide you would like to return an item, simply email info@PureJoyHawaii.com. Be sure to include your order number, and which item you'd like to return. We'll send you a pre-paid stamp to ship it back (Keep the package your order arrived in!). Once we receive it, we'll either refund your purchase or send you a different item in exchange. 

Please note that we can only offer free return shipping once per order.
